yuilop is a multi-channel communication service that offers free mobile communication. Do you have a smartphone? Then you can immediately send unlimited messages and SMS to all your phonebook contacts, yuilop users and non-yuilop users, Facebook friends (and soon in more instant messaging and social networks).

With yuilop you can also send SMS for free and have your entire social network as well as all your mobile contacts at any time with you.

Currently, the yuilop app for smartphones, tablets and other connected devices is available with Android operating systems. The version for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad is also available at the Apple iTunes store. We are working on the BlackBerry version, but yuilop will soon be available to all other operating systems such as Windows Phon 7 and Symbian.

You can find the yuilop app in the Android Market and Apple's iTunes App Store, or you can download the app directly from our website. If you own a smartphone with another software, you can subscribe to our guest list. yuilop messages are free! What more should we say? Neither the yuilop instant-messaging, the facebook chat with your friends nor the sending of SMS from your number costs you a cent. Have all your conversations in a single app. Even if you are talking though facebook, and the contact goes offline, just switch the channel and keep talking via SMS. The conversation continues, for free. This is not only easier and faster, it  also makes more fun.

If the red icon appears with a white exclamation point, means that the message could not be sent because of no existing Internet connection or too low energy.

The transmission rates of SMS messages are constant and higher than a 90%. If your message doesn't arrive it may have different reasons.

1. Sent? Please check first if your message was successfuly sent (you can check that with the symbols). You need to have a Internet connection on your phone.

2. Is it a delay? Eventually this can happen because of the large volume or problems of SMS servers or routes. But, don't worry, because the other person will get the message anyway. We constantly try to send the message again until it is being reached - up to 4 days, we maintain these experiments. If you have not received the message even after four days, something was wrong. It was probably the following reason:

3. Web SMS? Often the reason why you didn't receive messages from friends simply because they write you from free SMS web sites where a low quality of SMS transmission is offered. This sites are not often serious and are sometimes abused in order to send spam messages. We have implemented a new button in the yuilop app that resets your account.

This means you can delete your account yourself.

If you reset your account, we destroy all your data. However, we won't for six days, since many reset the function to reinstall the app. After the seventh day the account and all associated data is then deleted completely and irrevocably.
