yuilop is looking for a Country Manager responsible for the business performance in Germany.

Responsibilities:
- responsibility for business performance (P&L) in Germany
- planning, implementation and control of all our online and mobile marketing activities
- planning and implementation fo social media activities
- management of local community support
- generation of marketing buzz (PR, social media, relationships with blogs, etc.)
- sales of mobile advertising in Germany
- key account and relationship management with business partners in Germany
- spokesperson for yuilop in Germany

Profile
- experience in performance based online and mobile marketing and sales (SEM; SEO; SMO; affiliation)
- experience with advertising sales
- experience in managing budgets and business results (financial and analytical)
- Interested in the mobile internet and application world
- personal network in German online/Internet community
- oral and written communication skills
- self dependant, proactive, result-oriented, can-do spirit, team player, flexible, reliable
- Language skills: German (native), English (business fluent), ideally also Spanish, but not required

We offer a responsible position and exciting opportunity to join a motivated and young team with lots of experience in launching innovative mobile services in European countries.
The position is reporting directly to the CEO of the company and working in a matrix with the responsible international department heads.

The person will join the team during the launch phase temporarily in Barcelona and will afterwards setup the German office.
