yuilop is an innovative mobile application and service startup based in Barcelona, currently preparing its launch in various international markets.

yuilop is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager Junior to support and work with Community & Country Managers in the support of our international user base

Candidates should fit in some (if not all aspects) the  DARC profile (Digital, Analytical, Reach, Content) and be young-minded, ambitious, responsible and self-dependant.

Responsibilities:
- Definition of forum topic structure and communities
- Creation of community content and stimulation of user involvement and activity
- Creation and maintenance of user guidelines and FAQs
- Support and resolving problems of user community in forum and social networks
- Collaboration in the online support and user care strategy of the company
- Definition of consumer-to-consumer support concepts
- Identification and reporting of product & service problems, ideas for problem avoidance and improvement potentials
- Follow-up with product development team on problem resolution

Profile
- German speaking!
- good communication skills
- enjoys written communication and interaction with users
- self dependant, responsible, reliable, proactive, result-oriented, can-do spirit, team player, flexible
- Language skills (fluent/written): English, German, Spanish (ideally)
- ambitious, smart, drive to grow and willingness to be part of a young, innovative, motivated and fast growing StartUp
