QA Manager for Mobile App

Job responsibilities:
- Break the app in a reproducable manner … we invite you, please do so!
- Functional test planning, design and implementation
- Definition of test cases and execution of end-to-end tests
- Testing of apps and usability
- Work closely with our developers to ensure the product delights the user
- Envision new concepts with our engineers for the next big thing
- Maintain and improve our user relationship
- Managing beta testers and friendly users for app testing
- Interacting with customer support to identify bugs and QA problems
Job qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a product startup
- Tech-savvy digital native
- Previous experience as a QA manager in an related area
- Experience in functional software testing and quality assurance
- Knowledge of test methodologies
- Ability to take the lead to improve our products on a regular basis
- Ability to work in an international team and environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a close-knit team and under pressure
- Effective oral and written English communication skills
