Job Responsibilities
- You will manage and organize our forum topic structure and communities
- As the Embassator of your region you will take it to the highest communication exponential
- You will be responsable for promoting our app in social media platforms as facebook, twitter and other channels
- Ensure the creation of community content and stimulation of user involvement and activity
- You will be our blogger and responsible for our marketing guerilla
- Lead the creation and maintenance of user guidelines and FAQs
- Give support and solve problems of user community in forum and social networks
- Identification and reporting of product & service problems, ideas for problem avoidance and improvement potentials
Job Requirements
- Swedish, Norwegian or Danish native speaking!
- Good communication skills
- Enjoys written communication and interaction with users
- Self dependent, responsible, reliable, proactive, result-oriented, can-do spirit, team player, flexible
- Ambitious, smart, drive to grow and willingness to be part of a young, innovative, motivated and fast growing StartUp
