Responsibilities
- Manage and Organise of forum topic structure and communities
- Creation of community content and stimulation of user involvement and activity
- Creation and maintenance of user guidelines and FAQs
- Support and resolving problems of user community in forum and social networks
- Collaboration in the online support and user care strategy of the company
- Definition of consumer-to-consumer support concepts
- Identification and reporting of product & service problems, ideas for problem avoidance and improvement potentials
- Follow-up with product development team on problem resolution
Profile
- German speaking!
- Good communication skills
- Enjoys written communication and interaction with users
- Self dependant, responsible, reliable, proactive, result-oriented, can-do spirit, team player, flexible
- anguage skills (fluent/written): English, German, Spanish (ideally)
