When we use the word “Limitless”… We think about living free from boundaries; infinite possibilities, extending beyond countries, and continents…maybe even to outer space.

Terms & Conditions: Christmas Photo Contest: Limitless

In order to participate in the contest, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions. Therefore, please read these Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Rules.

To be eligible to enter the yuilop Photo Contest, an entrant must

1. Be a yuilop user
2. Be + 14 years old

The following people cannot participate:

• In case we deem you are participating by any fraudulent mean
• Employees of yuilop, relatives or third parties involved in the contest

The Contest begins on 4th of December 2013 and ends on 23rd of December 2013 at 00:00 both inclusive. The winners will be announced on the last day of the competition.

To enter the contest share the picture on Instagram: http://instagram.com/yuilop, tagging or mention yuilop. The picture must represent a concept related with the word “Limitless”.

• Take a photo of you work, share it on Instagram and tag yuilop.
• Please do not infringe other people’s intellectual property rights.
• Do not Copy, we want your creativity to flow! (Intellectual property rights means copyright, patent, registered design, design right, trade mark or trade secret -”IPR”.)

Please be informed that by participating in this contest you assign all the IPR of your work to be used by yuilop freely, without limitations.

Each Photo will be evaluated and filtered by yuilop, and submitted by an internal jury. We are going to choose the winners for the 1st, 2nd and 3d price. The criteria for choosing the winner of the contest are originality, creativity and relation to the concept.

There is a limit for individual submissions. The participant is enabled to send just one photo by yuilop account.

The winner of the photo contest will be announced on the 23rd of December on the yuilop Facebook page and on the yuilop website (blog pages). Please be informed that we need your personal data to show the winner so you give us expressed authorization to publish your data.

yuilop, as the organizer of the contest reserves the rights to modify these terms and conditions, in this case you will be notified of the change promptly.

Prize
1º - 300 credits
2º - 200 credits
3º - 100 credits

Every participants earn 10 credits by entering the photo to the contest.

The prizes will be posted within 60 days after the announcement of the winners.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are taking the responsibility in case of infringing of other people’s intellectual property rights. (Intellectual property rights means copyright, patent, registered design, design right, trade mark or trade secret.)
