Job Responsibilities

You will manage and organize our forum topic structure and communities
As the Embassator of your region you will take it to the highest communication exponential
You will be responsable for promoting our app in social media platforms as facebook, twitter and other channels
Ensure the creation of community content and stimulation of user involvement and activity
You will be our blogger and responsible for our marketing guerilla
Lead the creation and maintenance of user guidelines and FAQs
Give support and solve problems of user community in forum and social networks
Identification and reporting of product & service problems, ideas for problem avoidance and improvement potentials

Job Requirements

Good communication skills
Enjoys written communication and interaction with users
Self dependent, responsible, reliable, proactive, result-oriented, can-do spirit, team player, flexible
Ambitious, smart, drive to grow and willingness to be part of a young, innovative, motivated and fast growing StartUp

Location: Barcelona, First Mobile World Capital!
