Job Responsibilities
- You will have a passion for customer-centric communications that drive commercial impact together with a deep understanding of email marketing including segmentation and testing.
- You will be instrumental in creating and managing CRM activity
- You will identify and deliver initiatives that deepen customer engagement
- You will decrease churn and improve retention rate while helping to maximize the lifetime value of existing customers
- You will be bursting with client focus ideas from day one
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Hands-on experience of delivering multi-audience CRM strategies in a B2C environment
- Cross functional project coordination
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrates initiative and persistence – is self-motivated
